How It Works
It’s just a simple toggle switch on the Dashboard page.
Below you can see a screenshot of the Dashboard page for the business “Demo Trader Limited”. You can see that the business has just over £25,000 in its bank account, and the single invoice owing of £8,250.
In the next image, the user has turned on the privacy switch. Now, none of the business financial information can be viewed. The buttons still all work for creating new invoices and expenses etc, but this is the only page where blurring is in effect. If the user navigates to the invoices page for example, no blurring is in place.
Furthermore, Joy Pilot remembers the privacy setting the next time you log in. Commonly the privacy switch is turned on in busy work environments, and it allows the user log in to Joy Pilot and they do not need to be concerned if someone walks past them or approaches them for a chat. Then when the user feels like they have some privacy, they go ahead and complete their accounting work knowing that their financial data is free from accidentally being viewed by others.
