For our active clients, its pretty simple, no need to constantly calculate how much it’s costing you each time your invoices are paid – it’s just $19.50 (+GST) a month. That’s $234 (+GST) a year. No more, but it can be less if it’s your first year with us, as you can have the first month as a free trial. If you decide at any stage during the year you need to take a break, there is an option to reduce this fee – just keep reading!

We get it, sometimes you just need a break. And who wants to pay full price for something if they are not using it to its full potential? Never fear, the Deep Freeze option is here! It is priced for those months you just want to take a break but still want to have access to your account so you can continue to keep on top of where your at!
This option also allows for the fact that even though you are taking a break, there is always the possibility of a little bit of housekeeping that needs to be done so you will still be able to add the odd expense, (up to 5 a month), bank feeds will continue to be updated daily and you will have full access to your accounting data and reporting tools.
So relax and enjoy.

Joy Pilot includes a simple, easy to understand yet powerful invoicing system that allows you to create and send professional invoices in minutes. You can also easily track who has paid and who hasn’t, so you can chase up any outstanding payments quickly and easily. The invoicing system is fully integrated with the rest of the accounting software, so you can see, at a glance how much money is coming in and going out of your business.
Tax calculated as you go
The Tax Dashboard gives you an overview of your tax situation at any given time, so you can see how much corporation tax, GST, and personal tax you need to pay. This information is updated in real-time as your financial situation changes, so you can be confident you are always up-to-date with your tax affairs.
Automatic receipt scanning and AI data capture
With receipt scanning, all you need to do is snap a photo of your receipt and upload it to the app. The date, amount and GST will be extracted automatically so you can categorise it and add it to your expenses with just a few taps.
